LOGLINE:
Two unlikely characters cross paths on a bus stop bench.

SYNOPSIS:

Vince, a jaded engineer, has a chance encounter with Nora, a youg 16 year old girl, while waiting for the bus late at night. Nora reads her book on space travel as Vince uncomfortably waits. She tries to engage in conversation but Vince won't have it. Through her outgoing persistance, Nora distracts Vince and causes him to miss his bus; the last one of the night.

Nora takes Vince out to the middle of the street to show him the Los Angeles skyline. They share their hopes and dreams. Nora helps Vince realize his life path wasn't what he really wants. The pair walk back to the Bench and doze off to sleep. Vince wakes the next morning with nothing but Nora's book and the first bus waiting for him.
